The only smart watch I will biy

Love my watch

So my watch is something I upgrade regularly. I've had the Galaxy 7 since January. Bday present to myself.
I use it to track workouts and tend to screenshot results to keep track of my progress. The Samsung Health is the biggest draw for me. I use it for sleep coaching, running, body scans, you name it.
Something I do often is take a call when I cant find my phone at the bottom of my purse - haha. Also using it to find my phone. I do that at least 2x a week. Check a text real quick to see if its worth a long answer or a quick saved reply with my watch.
I like the conveniences of it.

I work this guy a lot so I can run low on battery quickly. However, a recent update helped with that. It's better now than before.
The Galaxy AI upgrade is really good too.
I wasn't a fan of Bixby. I would call it and either it didnt work or my phone would hear and intercept. When we got a new upgrade I was skeptical.
But it's working quite well and I haven't had any issues so far.
For me the 7 is a really solid buy and a great start if you want to delve into the watches but don't want to get the very latest. Thats usually me because of price.

Great features

I love the fact it helps me keep track of my fitness and also monitors my blood pressure and sleep behavior. When making phone calls the calls are crystal clear and the person on the other end have no trouble hearing me. The AI feature gemini comes in handy while im on the go and need help with certain things such as school work or just need an answer to a general question.

This watch is ok...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Samsung galaxy flagship products since they first started coming out and have enjoyed using every one of them....until this Galaxy watch 7. I have had it roughly 1 1/2 weeks now and it has overheated 3 times...once on the charger while charging from 5% battery life. And twice while I was wearing it. The battery drains so fast that I can't make it thru an 8 hour shift at work before it tell me to charge it or go into watch only mode. My watch 4 was way better than this watch....
