Great watch overall

My only complaint would be the battery life as it does not last me a full 24 hours and I find myself having to recharge constantly through the day which is highly inconvenient considering it's meant to track my health, unlike my Fitbit which battery life would be 72 hours without having to recharge.

This watch makes me feel safer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seizures and several times I have been able to alert my husband before I started fully seizing. Just by pushing the buttons, my watch alerted my husband's watch and he was able to get an ambulance to me when I wasn't able to speak for myself. The watch will also alert my husband if I fall. I highly recommend!!

Health insights are invaluable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older Galaxy Watch 3 and upgraded to the 7. The Galaxy AI enhanced health insights are very appreciated. The heart rate variability data tracks with my energy levels more so than any other metric and is a great feature.
I appreciate the huge eco-system of protective covers and watch bands that let's me change up the style of the watch for any activity or any outfit.
Much better aggregate data and analysis than from my Galaxy 24 ultra phone alone. I plan to eventually add a Samsung ring as well.

I thought the battery was terrible when I first got it, but after a week, it learned my usage and how the battery lasts several days. Love this watch!
