The galaxy AI and the phone to watch experience has been really good. I have always been using it in my small daily activities and helps me a lot.

This is my third Galaxy Watch. The Watch7 gives me really good health info. My only complaint is that the watch does not give you "floors" report.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone quickly approaching 7 decades of life and worried about my health, I'm thrilled with my Galaxy 7 watch. It's easy and allows me the confidence to push myself during my workout and work day.
In my new retirement profession I'm lifting, stretching, reaching, and walking more than I have ever had to. The simple and basic features motivate me to set and reach healthy goals I never knew I wanted to reach. All the while competing with (and passing!) those 1/2 my age.
I'm patiently waiting visits from the grandbabies who are going to teach me about the AI features.
I get a full 2 day charge even without using the power saving mode, through it all! Whether I'm sleeping, meditating, or hiking, swimming, working, and workouts, I'll never be without it again!
