Sucks compared to older models for now, read why
on August 2, 2024
Posted by: Skim
Not compatible with older watchfaces. Beware. I had a subscription to two of the major watchface apps and can no longer use them. It's so frustrating. It's been announced that when they upgrade thier older watches they will be compatible. Why not make the new product the best? Incompatibility with the majority of the market share makes this watch suck.

Nice but drains fast.

It is a wonderful watch. Love the new health app. Don't like th fact that the watch battery drains so fast. Not a big fan of the watch only feature when the battery gets really low. You have to press the button to see the time. But other than that is a really nice watch like the fact that it doesn't weight much which makes very easy to sleep with in on your wrist especially if you have nerve pain.

The battery is the worst
on August 25, 2024

My husband and I got rid of our Fit Bit we have had for a few years because our phone provider T Mobile said that the watches were so much better. We have not been able to wear these 7's for 24 hours. The battery is the worst that we have seen. I should have read the reviews before we agreed. Not worth the headache. My husband is about to throw it in the drawer ad get a new Fit Bit.

We understand the importance of having a durable battery so that you can enjoy the features the Galaxy Watch7 offers. The Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7 allow tracking of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) for the first time, offering a better understanding of metabolic health. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. If this continues, reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Nice upgrade from my watch 6
on September 3, 2024
Posted by: BoatDad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this watch for a few weeks, and the Galxy AI features alone make it worth the upgrade. I feel like the health app is more accurate and provides more information compared to my watch 6. I also enjoy the fact that this generation comes in my favorite color, green.
If you don't use your smart watch to it's full potential, the upgrade from the 6 to the 7 might not be worth it, but for someone like me who tracks sleep, health, fitness, etc. This was a worthwhile upgrade.

I love all the great things available on this watch, but my watch only lasts 6 hours if everything is shut off. I am sad that this watch does not live up to the advertised product.

Poor battery life and sometimes the touchscreen doesn't read when it's touched even though it's not on water mode
Response from Samsung USBy R&R TeamSeptember 19, 2024
We appreciate the outreach, Kyler. It's always great to hear from our valued customers. We noticed that you contacted us regarding your experience with the Galaxy Watch7. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all, the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third-party app, or the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Please click on the link attached for troubleshooting options. Regarding the battery, it's highly recommended that you check and ensure that you are running the latest software version available for your Watch7. If any of this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin
