[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 is a solid upgrade, especially if you're coming from an older model. It boasts a faster 3nm processor for smoother performance and improved health tracking with the new BioActive Sensor, including helpful AI-powered wellness insights like Energy Score and sleep apnea detection. While the design largely remains the same as its predecessor, the brighter display and increased storage are welcome improvements. Battery life is decent, generally offering a full day or two of use, but it's not a significant leap. Overall, it's a strong contender for Android users, particularly those within the Samsung ecosystem.

Very convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like my phone, the watch is very customizable, from the layout to permissions (an important option to me). Connecting with my phone is great for reviewing notifications and addressing alarms quickly. I don't have to pull my phone out as often, such as paying with Samsung wallet. Galaxy AI supports some of my favorite features. I can track my sleep, see how much time I spent asleep, even sleep cycles. The sleep animal is a cool idea too, and you can get personalized recommendations. I like being able to see my heart rate and count steps with more accuracy. The energy score is a daily assessment based on sleep, activity, and heart rate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this watch, because I'm always constantly moving, it monitors my sleep and tells me how many steps I've taken, whether I've done walks, exercises or swimming, it detects everything automatically, I don't have to do anything. I can also see and answer calls, text messages and much more, it also has AI that helps a lot when I want to know something I just ask you.
