Love this watch it tells me to move

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way that this watch tells me to get up and move when I haven't moved a lot and it encourages me to exercise more than I usually do it also keeps up with my heart rate and lets me know if it's too high. I also like the way that I can answer my texts and my telephone calls on it that makes my life a lot easier.
