One of the best upgrades I made this Black Friday.

Just upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 4. There are definitely a few more features that I can enjoy on this model that weren't on the previous generation. I feel more involved with the interactive tech in this watch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this because my friend had the same watch and I wanted to be more professional at work and not be constantly looking at my phone. It has proven very useful.

More features would be available to me if I had a Samsung phone, but I'm a Pixel user. I'm happy with the features that do work on my phone. Connects well to FitOn which is my workout app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gift for wife
on January 10, 2026

Verified Purchase:Yes
I purchase this for my wife as a replacement for her Garmin whose watch band disintegrated and she had always had problems operating. Since she has a Samsung Galaxy phone I figured it would be an easy switch for her, and I was right. The only currently recognized draw back to this watch is the battery life. My wife's Garmin would last for four days on a charge. The watch 7 is lucky if it gets 2 days. It's very difficult to gauge sleep and movement when you have to constantly take your watch off to charge.

Hey Nancy, thank you for finding the time to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to provide the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which can be added to eligible devices. It's similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also standing by to assist you with any repair needs you may have. Various factors may be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few examples may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage. Your Galaxy Watch7 can last for several days before needing to be recharged, depending on your settings and how you use your device. If you're experiencing less than expected battery life, please take a moment to review, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors may be impacting your device. This watch is right over a year old and now with the current update it will only last a day on a full charge. My last watch lasted 2 1/2 years. I've always had a Samsung watch and phone but now neither stay charged.

Battery and Feature Drain
on July 27, 2024

Very disappointed. The battery is still bad. I have to charge twice a day even though I have power saving turned on and all the perks turned off. Also, it won't turn on sleep score or any of the sleep tracking factors. Rebooted, reset, deleted data, tried it all and still does not work. Really regretting this purchase.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Lauren. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! We see you reached out to share your experience with the Watch7. The Watch7's new 3nm processor supercharges your daily routine, allowing you to quickly switch from checking the weather to tracking your workouts. Additionally, it optimizes battery life for long-lasting power, ensuring that the Galaxy Watch7 keeps up with you. If you are still experiencing shortened battery life, we recommend making sure to check and update your watch's software. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. As far as the sleep tracking feature goes, we would like to gather more information on this so that we can further assist you. Please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can get started. We look forward to hearing from you! -Kelvin

terrible battery performance
on August 3, 2024
Posted by: PaulR
Initially, the battery lasted about 48 hours, I was very happy, but now a week later it will not make it thru a single day. Google Assistant disabled, Always On Display turned off, doesn't make any difference. Terrible experience, and wish I hadn't traded-in my Watch4.
