[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several Galaxy Watches now and am always impressed with the upgraded features. Sometimes it seems to be a very small upgrade, which ends up being much more. There's smooth and seamless actions across apps which makes transitioning from one to the next quick and easy. The integration with Samsung Health is fantastic, with one exception so far... the sleep tracking is inconsistent, at least for me. But all other health tracking is detailed and gives aot of insight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy Watch Active2 to this new Watch 7 and I am loving it! Upgraded my wife's as well and she loves going through all the apps and extras it can do. I use it to count my steps, keep track of how much water I'm drinking along with keeping track of my sleep! I do have to say that after seeing my scores every morning on how I slept has helped me make some changes to the time I go to bed and get the rest I need. I also use it when I get on my stationary bike and all of my other workouts. This is honestly my favorite watch by far!
