Excellent Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third time buying a Samsung watch. And I have to say it's such a great experience to own the Galaxy Watch 7. I may not use all the features of the watch but the health features I do use help me out a lot on a day to say basis. I couldn't see my self without this Watch. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed I have it on me. And it still looks like new. All I can say is great product Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is an essential in my samsung arsenal. The health tracking between app and phone with samsung health have been a great boon to me. The connection with buds app on the watch and the app for the phone works seamlessly with the smart things app to connect all the electronics that are compatible.

I use it mostly in conjunction with the activity tracking, (steps, bike, ... ) and the sleep and stress traking.
It is consistent with the smart bed data we have .

Best Watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy 7 watch is amazing. Its intuitive and the best smart watch I've ever owned. From health tracking during my workouts to just general monitoring helps me be the best me. When I've left my phone at home I've used it to make calls and the quality feels like I'm on my s24 ultra. The durability is amazing. I constantly bump into things and have yet to find a scratch on this thing.

Really though this watch is cool it tracks my sleep patterns which is why I got it and it has a sleep coach setting for tips and help on bettering your sleep. It shows everything from consistency to helping track sleep apnea. Helps me track my steps and also let's me know when my body's internal battery needs rest. I like it
