It features a personalized Energy Score powered by Galaxy AI, which assesses your physical readiness for the day based on your activities from yesterday. Once you know your score, challenge yourself to improve it little by little each day. We hate to see that you haven't been able to pair your watch with your Z Flip5. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. This is my second Galaxy watch 7. I liked my first one so much that I traded in my old watch 4 when I got a good trade-in offer so now I alternate between two watch 7s and don't have to worry about the battery life. I can also read the screen easier since it's bigger than the Watch4.
