Many great features on this watch. Upgraded from the Watch4 to see if the heart rate monitor was more accurate. Unfortunately, it never seems to match the other devices I use specifically designed as such.

Heart rate measurements may not be reliable depending on the conditions and surroundings. If readings are taken at low temperatures, they may be inaccurate, so it's important to keep yourself warm while measuring your heart rate. Additionally, if the heart rate sensor is dirty, clean it using a soft, dry cloth before trying again. Obstructions between the watch band and your wrist, such as body hair, dirt, or other objects, can prevent light from reflecting evenly. Other factors include smoking or consuming alcohol before taking measurements, which can lead to different heart rate readings compared to your normal rate. It's also important to avoid talking, yawning, or breathing deeply while measuring your heart rate. Users with thin wrists may experience inaccurate readings, and measurements taken for infants and toddlers may also be unreliable.
