Purchased the watch because my gear2 stop charging..but the bad is so tight and uncomfortable I'm going to have to return it. I can't even enjoy because I'm tugging, turning, or completely taking it off

I'm not sure how to rate this watch as I'm not able to use it. This watch does not connect to my phone and your website should have listed the phones that are not compatible. I have a Samsung Note 9 which still works great but this watch does not talk to my phone. This watch will probably sit on the shelf for awhile.

This is a nice watch it looks good was simple to pair with my s24 phone. The only downside is after coming from a gear 3 smart watch. It operated a little different but there's plenty of videos on YouTube to assist in this. It holds a charge for a few days which I don't sleep in mine. Heart rate monitor is pretty accurate

Watch 7 Poor Battery Life

I traded in my Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro. I miss the excellent battery life on that watch. I am lucky to get a day to a day and a half without having to charge this new 7. I leave Bluetooth and WIFI turned off to get the day and a half. With Bluetooth turned on with my phone I get a day. I wish I did not "upgrade."
