It is a steep upgrade from my older watch4

Know how ready you are to take on the day using your personalized Energy Score with Galaxy AI. It calculates today’s physical readiness based on what you did yesterday. Once you know your score, challenge yourself to improve it a little bit every day. If your Galaxy Watch7 is experiencing pairing issues or random disconnections, try restarting it. Ensure that the Galaxy Wearable app is up to date, and consider resetting the app and unpairing your watch if needed. To restart the watch, press and hold the Power key until "Rebooting..." appears. For a forced reboot, simultaneously press and hold the Home and Back keys until "Rebooting..." displays. Do not select Power off or Restart when these options appear on the screen. During the reboot, if the watch is connected to your phone, the devices will temporarily disconnect. After the reboot, check for software updates on your watch and the Galaxy Wearable app, including device plugins, to fix any problems. If the watch is physically damaged and cannot be restarted, visit the Service Center to request service. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

This product has excellent functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is by far the best watch I have. I recently upgraded and the features are unbelievable. Best ever. I would recommend this device. I love the fact that it has the galaxy AI embedded and allows for gestures. By far the best one in the series to me. I do enjoy that it is very user friendly as well. I give this a thumbs up all around.

New Watch 7 is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Galxy Watch 7. Battery life is great and love the new Sleep Apnea detection feature. Have not explored all the Galaxy AI features but I like what I've seen so far. Would highly recommend the Watch 7 to anyone looking for a great smartwatch with excellent exercise and sleep tracking features.
