Great watch I have has for one month, but not happy like many to find that the US version does not have Bllod Pressure, advertizing should remove this or make it better know for some sale people and Bot are sendout bad information!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch at work. I love how it reminds me to stand up and get my steps in when I've been sitting at the computer for too long. I wear it to the gym and it has a ton of features to track your workout precisely. It even tracks your stress levels. Very useful wouldn't ask for anything else.

Not a great watch for fitness

I've had this watch for a little less than a month. I upgraded from a 4 so I was hoping for some noticeable improvements. So far the battery has yet to last me a day and half. I got this watch mainly for my health and sleep stats and insights. The heart rate seems to be inaccurate during every single workout. It will say my heart rate will be in the lower 100s during an intense cardio workout, but then spike up when I am sitting on the ground after the workout. It also doesnt auto detect workouts. I did an hour workout and it didnt auto detect a thing, but somehow auto detected "walking" when I was folding laundry. The step count also seems inaccurate since I've been getting a considerable less amount of steps a day even though my routine hasn't changed. The sleep stats seem great. I had a whoop for years so it's nice to have hrv in this watch and an energy score. Overall it's meh. Would love a more accurate fitness centered watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On the other hand, if you prefer road running, the less rugged Galaxy Watch7 would be perfect. We understand your concerns about the step counter, auto-detection, and battery life. If you are experiencing shorter battery life on your watch, we want to make sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. Check out the link attached to help troubleshoot your step counter and fitness trackers. New watch 7 Upgrade from watch 3.
