Great watch, upgraded from the 5 pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is far better than my Galaxy watch pro 5. When I got this I was worried about the battery life, but that hasn't been an issue at all. Went to the lake, handled the water and everything perfectly fine. The screen is gorgeous and much larger than what the five pro was.

The customization of the home screen is a big plus. Love how easily I can keep track of my steps on a daily basis. The watch is light enough where I really don't feel I'm wearing one at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from galaxy watch to watch7 and I'm pretty happy with the health features and device overall. Some stock settings drain the battery but I typically get a day and a half from the battery. The gestures are pretty handy also like double pinch to turn off a notification and double knock to open an app is pretty handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from another non-Samsung smart watch. And I believe I made a good decision. I got the 44 mm size. Nice big watch. I love that it tracks my sleep even my little naps during the day. Reminds me to take my meds, to drink water, to move. It does ECG, measure your stress. I like how simple it was to set up. One of the great things is taking a picture or selfie with just clicking your fingers. No awkward arm showing in your photos.
It also uses Galaxy AI in tracking my sleep & activities. Pairs well with a Samsung phone or any android phone.

Heart rate sensor is an absolute joke!

The sensors on this watch are nothing more than a gimmick. The heart rate is absolutely ludicrous. I can lay my harm on a desk and take the heart rate back to back to back and get readings of 54, followed by 89, followed by 67. When I say it is an absolute joke, I mean it is laughable. Do not get this for health reasons like I did. If you just want a smart watch, it is fine. If you want it for heart reasons or sleep apnea measurement, please don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the heart rate tracking feature is not working properly on your watch, the watch band or strap may be too loose or the watch's software might need updating. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software.
