Just like a computer, most judge the quality based on the output of the software and what you see. Sometimes, that is dependent on the screen or monitor connected to the computer. Same goes for a watch. Is the software functional and do I like the way I get to view the results? With my 44mm Watch7, I can say that the "screen", or the face of my watch is not as protected as all of my prior versions. It seems to all be a part of the upgrade game now. Want a watch with a metal bezel face? Well, pay twice the price as a normal Galaxy watch. It's a shameful marketing ploy by Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new galaxy watch 7. Very handsome and comfortable to wear however I don't see much difference from my galaxy watch 4 classic. The interface is almost exactly the same.

The Watch7 is equipped with a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor that measures your body's composition using just your fingertips. You can set your targets for weight, body fat, and muscle mass and personalize programs to help you achieve your health goals with accuracy. If your battery is draining quickly, please make sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software version. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. We'd like to gather more information about what you are experiencing with the sleep tracker.
