I care about my health, so I got the best watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my old galaxy watch 5 pro, but the new galaxy watch 7 is so much better. I'll start with the bad, which I never used anyways. There's no more wireless power sharing, since I never used it, no loss here. Because they got rid of that it now has skin temperature sensing, blood 02, heart rate all of that stuff. So I originally got the watch because it felt like I was getting an irregular heartbeat, first off go see a DR. Don't think the watch will help, but with it I can monitor my stress, heart beat and best off all my sleep patterns, I can see when and how often I'm awake, in light or deep sleep, my heart rate while sleeping and skin temp during it, and with Galaxy AI I can use my watch which is always on my wrist instead of having to get my phone out. I Highly Highly recommend!

Enjoy how seamless it connects through the Galaxy Wearable app. I can track all my daily actions also my vitals. My favorite aspect is the snore detection setting and the sleep score. My health is important aspect for me and having insight into how I sleep is crucial for me.
