Amazing upgrade from the galaxy 5 watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading to the watch 7 has been a game changer on tracking my sleep quality and habits. And with the Samsung AI it has allowed me understand my daily energy score and what it means.
On top of that, when at work and un able to reach my phone, being able to have my watch summarize a message I recieve is incredibly useful.
My only complaint is that the watch itself is more of a gunmetal grey then a metallic dark green.

However, after reviewing the new Samsung Watch 7 series, I am considering upgrading due to its impressive features, such as the EKG and other functions that I find appealing. Additionally, Samsung's trade-in program offers a fair price for my old watch, which is a great incentive. Thank you, Samsung.
