[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awe Cher... this is a great addition to my kitchen. I have been trying to master a few potato dishes and a larger steak dish. Both just don't work well in my traditional round cast iron pan. The depth and durability here really helped me get the right crisp on those potatoes and solid completion on a reverse seer for those steaks. That said, I can see how this will be really awesome for my grandma's cobbler recipe and my dad's dump cake. I'm not sure how the meat seasoning will affect those sweeter flavors, but I bet it will be an added bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up this pan tasked with making cornbread for a family bbq and it didn’t disappoint. I’ll admit that cast iron can be intimidating but the fact that this comes pre seasoned belayed any fears going forward; I literally took this out of the box, rinsed it and used it with no issues. The pan itself feels solid but not too heavy which is nice. My only complaint is that it arrived with some what I can only assume was packing glue or something that was on the side of the pan. It washed off with a scouring pad but it was just a pain in the butt. Overall a great find.

We haven’t used it for a casserole yet, but it’s definitely on our list. It was easy to season and is a good sturdy cast iron.
