I've had issues with three printers over the last 18 months; the first I had for about ten years and I found the often repeated ink purchases getting too expensive and small cartridges that didn't last. The second had big containers of ink but crashed after 14 months (with a 12 month warranty). The third lasted only 6 days and its printer head crashed. All three were big name companies. This Lexmark printer, after a month is working so much better than the other three. Cost a bit more but so far without any issues that the others flagged at different times. My son influenced by latest decision by his good fortune with Lexmark. Also noticed businesses that I use, such as banks, hardware stores, retail stores, etc., largely use Lexmark printers, signifying these printers work well. All these influenced my purchase and so far I am very well pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!
