Good for home use but not the best when travelling

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a review for the Tab M9 WiFi tablet (model TB310FU) sold by Lenovo in Canada.
Good, speedy but perhaps small, tablet for home use. Despite the fact that it is supported by its MediaTek Helio G80 processor, the FM radio tuner, which would have been a great companion in a trip, isn't provided. Therefore, if you don’t have access to WiFi, the tablet is silent. The camera doesn’t have a flash. The tablet is too big to be held comfortably in one hand. If you want a tablet for travelling, look at the Tab M8.

Should've failed QA.

A good evolution from the M8 but with pressing issues. 1) It doesn't come with a case, and you can't get one separately from Lenovo Canada. 2) Hidden access to the Dolby Atmos app and hence fine-tuning its settings. 3) Quickly double-tapping the Recents button to switch apps does not work. 4) Touch-and-hold does not work on screen sides, under both portrait and landscape. The latter two should have been caught during QA. Does anyone in Lenovo actually use the M9, or their tablets for that matter? Ouch. 3/5. Not recommended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is simply the best 9" tab for the price, but my choice was not necessarily about the price. For me the 9" is a perfect size for portable device. Anything else smaller is too small, 10-11" is not quite portable. This tab I can comfortably hold in one hand vertically from behind - like the cell phone, only enjoying a much bigger screen. For all regular tasks like surfing the web, reading email or books, looking at pictures, maps or watching videos, it is more than adequate. It has good screen and sufficient power to deal with all my needs for now and foreseeable future.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is in many ways the perfect Tablet.
This is not the most powerful tablet, and it doesnt need to be. The Mediatek G80 is MORE than enough to keep the system very very snappy.
The screen is quite literally, the perfect size. Ive had 8" tabs, ive had 10 and 11 inch. They are always too big or too small. The 9" screen is absolutely perfect for media consumption and tasks like taking notes.
Ive tested it in gaming, it plays most android games quite well, heck it can even handle genshin impact.
The sceen isnt ultra sharp, but at 9", 800p is only a tiny bit less sharp than the steam deck. AKA the pixel density is good. The colours are exceptionally vivid and accurate. I was surprised how bright and vivid the screen is. It makes the 8" samsung screens look like muddy dark swamp water.
Audio is also shockingly good. For a dual set up its killer.
So my takeaway: this is NOT the most powerful gaming tablet. Its not supposed to be. It is the perfect size, with a killer screen, great audio, and all the features you need. And its snappy enough to never feel cheap.
and man... the price is a no brainer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
