I initially bought it to play youtube videos sometimes for my infant daughter but my husband using it for remote play for his xbox games and man he is happy 😊. So quite happy with the purchase, he never thought it will handle the remote play but it did and very smoothly and within budget

I bought a Tab M9 19th of November 2023 and haven't done anything with it yet because from the start the headphone jack has an issue.
It can't recognize a wired headphones with microphone (only sees a basic headphone), so more specifically, the sound comes out fine out of the earbuds but i can't use the microphone nor the play/pause button on the headphones. Tried different wired headphones with microphone which work perfectly fine with my phone, my old 2017 tablet and my computer, but amazingly not with the Tab M9 despite having installed all the updates and security patches.
Received a first replacement unit, with the same issue, then another replacement unit with again, the same issue. Up to now the tablet has been sitting on my desk taking dust, because i don't feel like using it. The tablet looks great though, really liked it form the first sight but, how unfortunate!
So for now i am back to my old 2017 tablet, which even a bit slow, works perfectly as advertised and specified.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only two issues are lowest volume is still too loud in quiet area and lack of home/back buttons on the bottom of screen makes navigation very inconvenient.

It fast and smooth had good features with Android 13. I also use it for GPS and media with it's split screen. Perfect size in my car. Love it!
