Love the look and features of this coffee maker, delicious brew. The only thing I don't like is when you lift the top after brewing to clean out the filter there is a lot of water that drips out the back onto my counter top.

Purchased on sale - sprinkler head appears to work really well. Pot warmer has 3 settings: awesome! 1-4 cup setting also appears to work really well. Been drinking coffee 50+ years, brewing it almost every way possible. This unit ranks at the top of my experience. Easy cleaning too. I'd buy another in a minute if I needed one.

I was so excited to use our new 14 cup Quisinart until the first overflow happened.
It would not do it every time so I knew it had to be something I was doing wrong.
I read the "trouble shooting" advice & bought different kinds grinds of coffee thinking that was the problem but that did not help. Then I realized that the lid was not centered in the middle of the spring as the water tried to flowed thru the pot. Since the pot fits loose on the hot plate it doesn't always hit the release spring above. Now it is fine & I love it.
It would not do it every time so I knew it had to be something I was doing wrong.
