Fresh brewed is warm, at best. The longer on the burner, the colder it gets. I have to microwave every cup AT LEAST 50 seconds, and usually longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love that it is larger than a 10 or 12 cup Brewer. Have had the cusinart 12 cup breweres for years they worked great, but the extra couple cups in the 14 , make it so much better!

Makes great tasting coffee. I especially like the “bold” feature so you can increase the intensity of the flavor and the feature where you can heat the carafe to hot or medium and thereby adjust the temperature of the liquid.
