Great coffee pot but after much searching I can not find a replacement carafe. When this one breaks I'll have to throw the whole, not cheap, coffee pot out. Have NEVER run into this before.

We purchased the coffee maker to replace a Mr. Coffee. We like everything about it but the fact that you almost always spill a little water when you try to pour it into the coffee maker. I like the flip up lid on the Mr. Coffee more than the snap in lid.

Purchased this per reviews from Consumer Reports. I love the water filter feature. The signal is rather loud, but fortunately can be turned off. It makes up to 14 cups of coffee, which is great for weekends and company. We have to let it brew pulled away from the cabinets, a lot of steam and has discolored the cabinet. Can push back on counter once brewed. First time owner for a Cuisinart coffee maker. Have own Bunn coffee makers for 25 years previously. Still like the Bunn better.
