I bought this coffeemaker 5 months ago and it works perfectly. It really looks like quality, very easy to use, and still looks new. I also bought the pack of 12 replacement charcoal water filters with it and I always use filtered water.

When I purchased my 14 cup drip Cuisinart I was leaving behind a Keurig. I didn't know if I should go back to drip and give up the convenience. But I am pleasantly surprised on how much I love this coffee maker. Mostly the ability to keep the heat plate at the temperature I love. I would absolutely buy this again.
