bought my first coffee maker about 9mo ago it work good for the first 6mo. then it stop keping the coffee hot . WENT out and bought another one that lasted about 2mo the hot plate wouldn't stay on after the coffee brew the hot plate would turn off so that went into the garbage.NO I DIDN'T RETURN THEM

The best drip filter coffee maker I’ve ever had. Set the timer and coffee is ready in the morning. I use paper filters and they are easy to remove and discard. Have no regrets about purchasing this coffee maker.

I purchased this coffee maker because I wanted the backlit display. It replaced an 8 year old Cuisinart 14 cup. This unit is MUCH louder than my old coffee maker which can be bothersome to others when coffee is made early in the morning. Yesterday it didn't percolate coffee at all so I used my old one and verified the difference in noise. Between my home and small office, I've purchased more than six Cuisinart coffeemakers and I'm disappointed with this one's quality. Not up to Cuisinart's historical standard.
