OK, here we go! The coffee maker provides a great cup of coffee so why my three stars? I'll explain, the design is old school, a tiny clock that you can hardly read and a carafe that has a snap on lid. Why not a hinged lid? But it does pour perfectly with no spillage. As far as quality, it's average for todays coffee makers. The best part is the coffee tastes great and at the right temperature!

Very convenient and smart functionality. Easy to use. Makes excellent coffee. The added feature, like the ability to modulate the warming tray temperature, pre-schedule coffee making ahead of time, and a Bold setting make it an excellent choice!

Not impressed with new item

Replaced the same but older coffee maker This new one drips every time you pour from the decanter. We’ve checked to make sure the top is on properly. Messy, also will drip on the hot plate when you take the decanter out , not good for that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the brew time is about the same as our previous coffee maker. its a lot better to move around on the counter top. quality of coffee brew is the same. but the pot itself is not the greatest you have to be very careful not to dribble .

I continue to be happier with drip coffee pots, then a pod type. I held onto my old Cuisinart for much too long and the coffee was starting to taste bitter. I finally switched to this newer pot and it makes a huge difference. My coffee is smooth, taste very pleasing, and I have the ability to change the strength and the heat of the hot plate. The only reason I gave it 4-star instead of a five is that I often use the 1 to 4 cups setting and when I do, there is quite a lot of condensation in the carafe. This is a 14 cup replacement for an 12 and although I tried to find a 12 cup Cuisinart, I could not find one that suited me. The 12 cup never had that condensation issue.
