I like the spout design where the heated water goes onto the coffee grounds in the cone shaped receiver . It is like an old shower head and covers the whole area of coffee grounds . My complaint is the carafe lid allows fresh coffee to leak out of the sides when pouring . Poor design

This is our second coffeemaker the last one was 10 years old and it still worked. I had disfigured it so our kids inherited it and I received a new one. Keeps coffee hot that is important to us always brews the same and it is easy to clean.

This coffee maker is extremely easy to operate. The "bold" button for 4 or less cups makes the perfect tasting cup of coffee. Easy to follow buttons and easy to clean . Love this coffee maker.

Leaky water tank

I have owned 2 of these and both developed water tank leaks. My current one developed a leak after only 2 years. There is a significant design flaw that needs to be addressed. The good news is that Cuisinart is replacing the unit under warranty.

This device makes really good coffee BUT the carafe lid does not fit properly and coffee leaks around the cup when pouring
