This is our 4th Cuisinart coffeemaker. The first three lasted us a lifetime. This version is not as friendly. Where the others were metal inside the brewing chamber lid, this one is plastic. So, there is lots of condensation in areas you can not clean.

This is the first Cuisinart product we have purchased. I was a bit concernd about the price. It was well worth the cost - I am very pleased with it! Love the 4 hour "stay hot" feature. Makes awesome coffee. I love it and would highly reccomment it to others.

Great coffee every time. I especially like the ease of programming the unit...very intuitive. Buyers should be aware that the unit must be filled by raising the top; this requires extra space above the unit.

This makes coffee at proper temperature. You will need to clean every 1 or 2 weeks. Unfortunately my nephew got coffee grounds in the water area and no amount of cleaning helped so I needed to replace my first one with this second one in less than a year. Lesson don't fill with too much coffee or it will get into water area during brewing. Still best put on market.
