This is probably my fourth one of these coffee makers. The brew capacity is the main draw for me. This machine has a life span of just about 3 years (warranty is 3 years). It requires more frequent cleaning that the machine will indicate if you want good tasting coffee. I do wish it kept the coffee a little bit hotter than the highest setting.
So a potential buyer knows, I use this machine about 340 days a year, and will keep it on beyond the maximum time of four hours frequently. Like I said the capacity was my main thing, few if any 14 cup machines out there in this price range

This is our third iteration of this coffee maker over the last 10 years; very pleased with how it performs and how easy it is to use. Would give 5 stars but for how long they have lasted in service (<5 yrs.) and the awkward access to filling the water reservoir.

The 14-cup programmable coffeemaker replaced the 12-cup coffeemaker we had for over ten years. Our old one started to chug steam like an engine, but still made reliable, good-tasting coffee. The new coffeemaker is sleek, has intuitive programming, a well-lit LED light, and brews great coffee. We're looking forward to this one being around for another ten years.
