I looked at a bunch of coffee makers, looking at reviews and this one has a lot of good ones. So, we decided to get it. I have had it for a couple months and it has made a great cup of coffee right off the bat. It is definitely worth the little bit more money than the cheaper models.

This is a very nice coffeemaker. Simple and easy to use. It can make 2-12 cups. The programmable feature is nice and helpful. The temperature adjustment is great too. I bought this to replace an older Cusinart coffee maker whose off/on switch finally broke.

So far so good. Brews quick, has enough settings but not too many, and seems solid. Time will tell, my last coffee pot that was the same tier/caliber lasted only 2.5 years, but it was a different brand.

BEST coffee maker we ever owned! First and foremost, the coffee tastes great (we use the bold setting), is piping hot and stays hot on the warming tray (set for 4 hours). Second, it makes 14 cups and since we use oversized mugs we actually have enough coffee. Had seen some reviews where people say you don't get the full amount which is true since the coffee grounds hold some water BUT, we fill the water to the top of the word MAX and pot is filled to the 14 cup line. Granted, we're still in the honeymoon phase but we've had several perk a drip pots and this beats them all!

I've been using the 12 cup versions of this coffee maker for many years. This 14 cup version is just excellent. The markings on the carafe are a little hard to see but that's probably my tired old eyes.
