This has been a wonderful upgrade from a 12-cup coffee maker. The system itself is easy to learn and use, it allows several options for brewing, all of which are again easy to learn and use. While I do recommend this brewer, I have one small problem with it. When adding water to the reservoir the lid does not open past 90ish degrees which makes adding the water a bit difficult and awkward. One can easily work around this, but a suggested design improvement would be to let the lid open a bit further, maybe 5 or 10 degrees to allow for full craft to fill the reservoir.

This coffeemaker seems pretty good. The coffee is hot, no issues with spillage when pouring. There seems to be an odd issue with sometimes not emptying all the way, so there’s liquid left in the grounds, and it’s a little slow but not too bad.

I love this coffeemaker!!! This is my 3rd one! It’s in the stainless steel and I had 1 in the bronze/darker stainless steel. They both are beautiful! The main reason that I love this one is the large 14 cup carafe! I’m a coffahilic and a10or12 cup isn’t going to cut it. Like I said this brand and this maker are the best! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the replacement carafe handle wasn’t perfect-it was off center. It could still work but just looked off. Luckily I saved my last 2 carafes so I had the other I could use and I did. Not a big deal and I’m sure they’d replace it but just couldn’t wait that long. Also the way it’s designed saves space which is very important if you have a smaller kitchen. Anyway, if a keurig doesn’t cut it, then you’ll love this 14 cup coffeemaker by cuisinart!

Bought this Cuisinart DCC-3200 to replace one we had for years, only because I broke the carafe. This new one is even better. Easy to program and makes really great coffee from 4 to 14 cups Looks great, too, we have the black stainless.

This is a great coffee maker. It is simple and works well every time. I make coffee every day, 7 days a week. This is my 5th Cusinheart coffee maker. When they finally quit, I just purchase another one. Very happy with it. Will continue to purchase them. I have everything in Cusinheart. Pots, pans, toaster and can opener. Water filter holder

Love this coffee maker (14 cup). I’m having trouble with the (single) water filter holder. It wants to float out of place. The first time it happened I changed the filter and the issue resolved. This time, after changing the water filter, the holder still floats. Please help.
