We have been using this coffee maker for 3 weeks now and it's working great. I like that you can turn tone alerts on or off. It's easy to fill and easy to change out filters. Like that ability to change the coffee temperature between low, medium and high. It was recommended by Consumer reports. This is the first Cuisinart coffee maker we've had. Impressed so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after I made my first carafe of coffee, the clean light came on. Before using I ran water thru twice as recommended. Tried cleaning with white vinegar, light went off then came on next brewing cycle. Brought it back and got another one. This one is brewing fine 2 weeks in, no clean light.

Love this coffeemaker except the pot. When the water is poured in or coffee in the cups, the liquid runs down the side and makes a mess. I would not buy this if I had know how bad this is. And it's too bad because I have never had a coffeemaker keep coffee so hot, which is what I was looking for and why I purchased this one.
