Love this coffeemaker except the pot. When the water is poured in or coffee in the cups, the liquid runs down the side and makes a mess. I would not buy this if I had know how bad this is. And it's too bad because I have never had a coffeemaker keep coffee so hot, which is what I was looking for and why I purchased this one.

Very nice coffee maker. I had a Capresso for many years but I think their product diminished. This coffee maker is easy to use and makes great coffee. Plus a three year warranty, one of the best out on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given it a 5 but it crackles after brewing. While on and keeping the coffee warm it crackles and is very irritating. I read that this is a common issue. One review said that he cleaned the warmer plate with 409 and that fixed it. Haven’t tried that yet. The company should fix this problem since it’s common.
