I bought this about a month ago because it had three settings for the hot plate that keeps the coffee hot and it is so hot every cup!!! Very Very pleased with it.

We bought this based on a positive review in consumer reports. It replaced a Mr Coffee thermal coffeemaker where the carafe started leaking. The coffee taste is very good. That’s its primary function and no complaints there. But, we were used to having the water reservoir removable for easy filling. This coffeemaker has easy filling only if you are right-handed which one of my household is not. Secondly, the brew time is very slow. If you have a routine schedule, no problem because you can program it to start at a certain time. If not, be prepared to wait for your coffee
