This is my 3rd Cuisinart coffee maker. I do see a difference in the quality
this one. This new one isn't as heavy as my old one and the coffee brews slower, also when I pour the coffee into a cup it runs to the side of the spout and all over the counter. I thought maybe it was me but I never had that problem with my other coffee makers. It does make good coffee though.

Cuisinart is one of my favorite brands. This coffee maker does not disappoint. I bought the 'black stainless' and i love the look. My two must haves in a coffees maker are a large capacity caraffe and programmable auto start and this has both. A mesh coffee filter is included if you dont want to use paper filters (or run out!). I would highly recommend this coffee maker.

I don't know what model number it was. I returned several Cuisinart coffeemakers for the lack of the Tone or beeping sound when the brewing was done. This is one feature that I wanted but they all failed!
