This is a great basic coffee maker. The cone filter is great, producing great tasting coffee! It has a sleek look and a compact design. The 14 cup quantity carafe is great when I want coffee for my whole family because it adds just enough more coffee to go around without it being too much. I also like that the features are not complicated.

Purchased this coffee maker to replace our Bruan that finally stopped working after 6 great years. We own a Cuisinart food processor and electric skillet and love them. This coffee maker got good reviews and was recommended by Consumer Reports. So far so good. It’s been a month and we are happy with it. It even uses the same charcoal filter our Bruan did. Makes wonderful coffee and is easy to use. Love the water level on the outside. It also looks great.

This is my second Cuisineart coffee pot.i love Cuisineart products. I also have the toaster and can opener and several other Cuisineart products. My first coffee pot still works after 10 years but I broke the carafe and decided to buy a whole new one. Now I have the other one as backup

Four stars for durability, five for everything else. My wife owns a coffee shop, so we have everything in our house: Keurig, Breville espresso machine, Nespresso, French press, etc. But sometimes you just need to be able to set a timer and have coffee when you wake up in the morning. We bought this model about seven years ago and used it daily until about a month ago when it simply died. Upon further inspection I noticed that it had begun leaking internally at some point and the bottom was all rusted out. Is seven years a good life for a coffee pot? I don't know, but after thorough research we bought the same model again because we couldn't find anything we like better. Hopefully this one will last longer!
