I like the 14 cup feature as we use this a lot when we have company over. We use the programable feature every day and have a hot pot of coffee ready when we start our day. The coffee maker is also a solid unit that has been reliable daily for a good few years. So much so I have purchased the same model more than once.

This coffee maker is easy to use and is very reliable. This is actually our third purchase of the same model. We use it to make coffee twice a day every day and even a third time around a holiday or even when we are having company. The carafe when full will allow water to run under the spout when filling the reservoir and drip onto the counter but the solution is if to start the pour slowly at first. Very satisfied.
