Love this! The last one I punched 10 years ago. Eventually it stopped working, but ordered a new one the next day! No better coffee maker out there!

So far we are very happy with our coffee maker. We love all the features. It brews a smooth cup of coffee. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because the feature that allows the warming plate to stay on and warm coffee for 2 or more hours doesn’t keep the coffee warm without a slight burning taste. I have tried low -high and even on the the low I taste a slight burning. If this is a feature you will not use, then don’t let that stop you from purchasing this Modell. I may be more sensitive to taste than other people. Otherwise my husband and I are very happy. We have only had it since early February so if my review changes I can post an update
