This is our third one over the past ten years. We like it because it makes a nice, hot pot of coffee and it is programmable and easy to use. Just wish they would make them last longer.

I bought this coffee maker to replace one. That one didn’t have replacement carafes, only generic were available and they haven’t been satisfactory in the past. This brand offers the replacement carafes if one breaks. The coffee maker is good, although I would like an option for a hotter water temperature. Easy to set up, use and clean.

Always had the 12 cup model. Area for water fill was too small and the water fill marks were difficult to see due to being inside the reservoir.
This model fixes that. Water fill indicator on the side is very easy to see and fill area for water is wide.
