So far so good! I like the ease of use, and especially setting the timer is quite easy. I also appreciate the option to keep the warmer on for up to 4 hours. It really helps when you have different wake up times for those in the household. My one wish is that the clock display was larger and that you could set the brightness of it.

Location of water level should be on both sides of the coffeemaker. If not on both sides, then it should be on the front. Water reservoir is hard to pour into.

The Cuisinart 14 cup programmable coffeemaker really makes a good pot of coffee. Love the "bold" button, which we always use and not having to use paper filters. Easy to set up, easy to clean. My recommendation, though, is to use a good quality coffee for best results.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is this is my 3rd coffee maker of this model. The 1st one lasted well over 10 years. The 2nd one lasted just barely 3 years (the heating element stopped working). I'm hoping that was not due to reduced manufacturing quality and this new unit will last longer being it's still the best of it's type.
