The 14 cup coffee maker has worked flawlessly since purchase. It was extremely easy to set up the first and subsequent times. We really do rely on our coffee in the morning. It would not be a good way to start the day without coffee. You can set it to make a bold, hot pot of coffee which is really nice. However it does give you the option if that’s not your choice. Having 14 cups instead of 10 or 12 is really nice as well. So far, I have no reservations in saying that this is a great coffee maker!

Love the coffee maker. Works well. Stainless and white. Love all the features. Only thing is I wish there was a glass holder inside to hold filter instead of plastic. Bought this to try to get some of the plastics out of our life as K-Cups are all plastic.

This is a nice stylish coffee maker. Large 14 cup version is extra nice. The design of the carafe spout needs improvement, especially when the lid is on. There is allot of spillage if you don't take extra time when pouring. Leaves a big mess on the counter. There is also allot of condensation on the makers lid after brewing. When you open up the lid it drips all over the counter surface. Would be nice to have a catch lip for this condensation and direct it into the water compartment. Otherwise this is a nice unit. I have had reliability issues with the past two units, with them lasting only a couple years of average use. I hope the reliability is better o this model.

This machine is top notch, lots of good features including carafe temp control, 1-4 hour setting to keep pot on, bold setting, and the brass filter basket eliminating the need for paper filters.

I like the features of this coffee maker, and feel like it makes a good cup o joe. The only things I wish were different was a larger space to pour the water into the reservoir; with the width of the carafe, it is tough to get the pouring angle right. If you're considering this one, go with one with a removable reservoir instead.
