Easy to use and program. Love that it can make up to 14 cups. No filter needed with the filter basket which is easy to clean. Only thing I don’t like it have to pour water in from the top. No removable water container. And it lifts up from the top so have to pull it out from under cabinet. But it’s not a big deal just an extra step.

Makes good coffee relatively quickly. Wish I could extend the carafe heat time while it is on. I’d pay more for a version of this with 2 timers, one for weekend and one for weekday.

The coffee is good and the machine is affordable. My only problem is that the clock keeps gaining time so I can't rely on the timer to preset for coffee in the morning.

Love the features of pre-programming, 1-4 cups . I’ve owned for a few weeks and this morning when I got up was 8 cups in carafe and rest on the counter & floor. There’s a lot of play in carafe on the burner and I didn’t push carafe all the way in of the play. Lesson learned. Be mindful to push all the way back on burner.
