This coffee pot is one of the best I've ever had. Actually it is the 2nd one. The first one my husband bought at a garage sale and it lasted 8+ years. Now with a new pot, I'm sure it will last for many many years. It is easy to program and brews quickly. Always a good cup of coffee.

This coffee maker has a lot to love; it's easily programmable, keeps the coffee nice and hot for two hours, and easy to load and brew! The problem is the carafe. The lines on the side are not accurate. If you want to fill the coffeemaker with 10 cups of water, we must be sure that it is filled to almost 12 cups. Filling the coffeemaker with water is a challenge because the carafe invariably spills water over the side and onto the counter. The spout of the carafe is just not good; even with the top on! It leaks slightly when we pour coffee virtually every time! Other than that, it;s the probably the best coffeemaker out there because it makes good coffee and keeps it hot!

This machine makes a very good cup of coffee, and it's hot, even if you do like I do and steal the first cup before the whole carafe is brewed. This is the second one I've owned, so it's pretty obvious that I am a satisfied consumer.

Really good coffee maker. Keeps the coffee really hot on the high setting! Timer function is wonderful. I bought a second one for a vacation house because I liked it so much. Would have been 5 stars but the spout of the pot is not very deep and leaks often while pouring. (potential user error, but should be able to make a quick, full pour)

14 cup wonder fuel size. The glass carafe should be metal, very heavy when full. Takes about 8 minutes to brew 14 cup bold. Carafe tends to spill, poor spout design. There should be a seperate reservoir, requires accurate pouring into narrow place in rear of machine. The gauge for water level on right should be in front.

I love this coffee pot. It keep your coffee "hot" not Luke warm like most others. I also love the 14 cup capacity and the 4 hour timer. It lets me drink coffee all morning without having to make a second pot to share with others or having to keep turning it back on.
