We bought this particular unit since the Mr Coffee one we had purchased left us with warm cups of coffee from time to time. Bought this unit and loved it. Had several times that is had an error code and turned off. I would reset it and then would eventually get the code back and the unit shut down. Six months from our original purchase it failed totally and we couldn’t do anything with it. So I went and exchanged it and so far this one is great and always gives us a great hot cup of coffee. ❤️

I'm pleased with my new coffee maker. It makes better tasting, hotter coffee than my old Mr Coffee. I like the reusable gold filter too. It's a good upgrade for me without too many extra bells and whistles. So far, so good.

I’ve had this coffeemaker for about a month. I love the programmable feature. My coffee is ready when I awake every morning. It’s very easy to program. The temperature adjustment is a nice option. I like that the lid is securely attached and not “flappable” like my previous coffeemaker. It looks very nice in my kitchen with my new stainless appliances, too! I would recommend this, absolutely.
