This is my third Cuisinart Coffeemaker. I find the Cuisinart brand to be the best bang for the buck. They last a number of years, they look classy, and the coffee is good! After doing some research because I was considering trying something new just to change the look in the kitchen, and was wondering if I was missing out on something better. I determined that I already had the best choice, so I bought yet another and am very pleased with my purchase. If considering Cuisinart, don't hesitate. I have had very good experiences with their appliances.

Have recently gotten this unit after the model before quit working after 6 years. This one is nice because there are two more cups and it's easy to program.
The only drawback is the carafe....still have issues on occassion of leaking during a pour. Hoped that they can find one that didn't some day.

This is our 4th or 5th Cuisinart coffeemaker. We are definitely coffee drinkers and we need a big coffeemaker. This works perfectly for our needs. Our previous Cuisinart 14 cup coffeemaker lasted almost 10 years. That's a good amount of time for a kitchen appliance.

We have been using Cuisinart products for many years now and have had good results.
When it came time to replace our 12 cup coffee maker, we only looked for another Cuisinart pot. This one is very well constructed and easy to clean. With the bold setting, I am able to use one half the amount of ground coffee to achieve the same results. I would have liked the instruction book to be a little clearer, but was able to use it. One thing I liked is the lighting of the buttons really let you know when to shut it off or when it shuts itself off. Setting the time and temperature of the warming plate and setting the clock as well. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker to friends and family. I was not reviewing this product and received nothing to rate this product.

I was using a percolator on the stove to get really strong coffee. And then I found out about this drip coffee maker with a single cup and bold button. So much different than the coffee makers of yester year. It actually can make a strong cup of coffee if that's what your into without throwing the whole bag of coffee in.
