This is a good coffeemaker, but the ONLY thing I dislike is the awkward angle from which water must be poured into the reservoir! But the machine makes good coffee and fits a small part of my counter perfectly!

This is the second one I have owned. First was ruined in a flood but worked perfectly. Which is why I again purchased but this time bought the 14 cup. Now with company we never run out. Love the brew and how easy it cleans up. Five stars and worth it

All in all a good coffeemaker. waiting to see if heating plate rusts out as my last coffeemaker did so quickly. So far so good!
What I don't like is the way the lid has to come off the carafe. Almost dropped the carafe a few times trying to snap off the lid. Also the pour place for water from the carafe is awkward to use - hard to see and barely enough of an opening

I have used this coffee maker for a while now. The first unit was replaced around 2 years after purchase according to the Cuisinart warranty. The replacement process was fast and easy! I love this coffee maker because of the pot size (14 cups), programmability, and the ability to adjust temperature and the length of “on” time to meet my needs. I also like that the settings are retained after brief power outages including the need to unplug! My only dislike is that the brew complete signal is rather faint and almost seems to be louder when turning off.
