After each use there is condensation that is on the counter. I don’t think it is a leak. But definitely a small amount of water is left after brewing. But very easy to use.

Love this coffee maker. This is the 2nd one I've had. My older one was about 5 year's old but unfortunately died after the surge from a power outage. Great tasting coffee, nice and hot! I love Cuisinart and highly recommend this model

I was glad the the same Cuisinart coffeemaker was still available when after eight years our original unit developed a leak. We run it every day at least once. It has all the features I wanted, especially settings for a small number of cups. I also prefer the cone filters that are better for small brewing amounts. However, it is also great that I can brew more that 12 cups when the family gets together.
