Though it brews a good cup of coffee, the clock doesn't work well. It adds 20-25 minutes each day which is a problem when programming auto-brew. It has been a problem on 2 separate coffeemakers we ordered

all together the coffee maker is good, not a huge fan of the reusable coffee filter, its to hard to clean, had to return my initial purchase as the clock would just gain time all day long, exchanged it and the new one keeps good time. Otherwise this coffee maker makes pretty good coffee. all in all I would recommend this product.

The coffee maker works okay, I just have a difficult time with the lid to the glass carafe. It doesn't seem to go on and off very well, and I suspect it will break sooner than later.
